Massage, Reflexology, & Reiki Services

As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Reflexologist (CR), and Reiki Master Teacher (RMT), I often blend all three modalities in my sessions. I find the benefits of each one complement the others. You can also choose to receive single service sessions, such as a Reiki or reflexology session to experience the unique benefits of each of these compared to massage therapy.

Whether you're recovering from an injury or surgery, returning to exercise after being sedentary for a while, need pain and tension relief from working at your desk, or stress relief, I've got you covered.

My custom blend of gentle deep tissue massage, Swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, Reiki, and reflexology targets the source of your tension, stress, and pain to leave you feeling relaxed, with greater flexibility, and feeling at home in your body.

Foot Reflexology

A gentle modality that focuses on unblocking the tiny nerve endings in the feet, hands, and ears to relieve pain, tension, and stress to re-balance the energy of the whole body. Also relieves foot pain related to plantar fasciitis, peripheral neuropathy and bunions.

Reiki

A gentle energy work modality that speeds healing on the physical, emotional, and mental levels. Appropriate for everyone, no matter what health conditions are present. Reiki is believed to go to the root cause or source of the imabalances in the body to speed healing in a gentle, yet profound way. I find that combining Reiki with massage therapy is an effective way to relax muscles more quickly with less discomfort.

Distance Reiki

This offers the same benefits of in-person sessions and you'll receive this type of session from the comfort of home! I do an email check-in beforehand to see what you’d like me to focus on (physical, mental, emotional tension and stress). I follow up by email after your session appointment with my findings. I work with the seven chakras (energy centers) during your session to calm your nervous system and restore balance.

Online Booking

Each service I offer, shown below, has its own "book now" button and it will take you to my online scheduler for that appointment. I use MassageBook as my trusted online scheduler - if you need assistance, I am happy to help. If you're a new client, contact me to set up your first appointment and I will email your link to fill out an intake form in advance. Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a reminder email two days before your scheduled appointment.
